("us", "we", “Nise”, “Nise Tech” or "our") when you use our website, mobile applications, our connected cooking products such as the Nise Wave (“Wave”, or “Connected Devices”), and our other products and Services (collectively, the “Services”), or when you otherwise interact with us.
We use your data to provide and improve our Services. By using our Services , you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
Information Collection And Use
Types of Data Collected
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Services to you. While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). The types of information we collect include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, geolocation information, information you store on our Services, photographs, videos, social media usernames, cookies and usage data, mobile device identifiers, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information We Collect Automatically
We may also automatically collect information that you provide us. For example, whenever you request information from us, purchase or register a product, submit a rebate form, create an account with us, sign up for newsletters or our email list, use our Services, submit a rating or review, participate in a survey or promotion, communicate with us via third-party social media sites, or otherwise contact us
This data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the Services by or through a mobile device, this data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data. When you connect our Connected Devices to our Services we also collect information about the devices used to control those Connected Devices.
Transaction Information
We collect information about the transaction, when you make a purchase or return, such as product details, the transaction amount and the date of the purchase/return. We do not collect or store payment card information, such as credit card numbers. Information Collected with Your Use of Connected Devices
When you connect the Wave to our mobile application, Wave will automatically link to your Nise account. When you connect Wave to a Wi-Fi network, we collect information about the network, such as signal strength. We collect information about your use of Wave, including what and how you cook, as well as your cooking and recipe preferences.
We also collect data from Wave’s sensors and components, such as bath temperature, total run times, and pump speed. Some technical and usage information is also saved on Wave.Please see “Use of Information” below to understand how we use this data.

Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and hold certain information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are pixels, beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

Information You Provide Through Social Media

This may include, but may not be limited to, name, user name, demographic information, updated address or contact information, location, interests, and publicly-observed data, such as from social media and online activity.

Advertising and Analytics Services Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services ("Services Providers"), to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Service-related Services or to assist us in analyzing how our Services are used and for the purposes of advertising.

This information is used by Nise Tech and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites, and better understand your online activity.
Your Choices

You can de-link our Connected Devices it at any time by disconnecting it via the settings on your mobile phone or tablet.

If you initially consent to our collection of location information, you can later stop this collection by changing the settings on your device. If you do so, certain features of our Services will no longer function.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us at any time by following the instructions in those communications.

You can elect to stop receiving promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device. Note however; certain features will no longer function such as informing you a cook is completed
Security Of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it, or for other legitimate business purposes, including to meet our legal, regulatory, or other compliance obligations.
Eligibility

Children's Privacy
Our Services does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We may anonymise the information we collect (meaning that it can no longer be associated to you and hence no longer constitutes personal data).
